Arlon Material for Electronics Division (MED)

Arlon MED is a major manufacturer of specialty high performance laminate and prepreg materials for a variety of printed circuit board applications requiring electrical, thermal, and mechanical performance exceeding that offered by traditional FR-4 materials.  Development Chemists and Engineers formulate with polytetrafluoroetylene (PTFE), polyimide, and specialty epoxy systems in concert with functional additives to produce copper clad laminates and prepreg bonding materials for demanding applications that include:

Arlon StaCool™ Thermal Conductive PCB substrates are manufactured in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.  This facility has product development and production functions, and it has the capability to coat prepreg (PP) and laminate (CCL and MCL) products.

Arlon Secure™, Protect™ and Bridge™ thermally conductive products are manufactured in Bear, DE. This site has product development and production functions to make thermally conductive silicone films and adhesives products.
