Secure™ Adhesives

Secure™ adhesives are structural adhesive films composed of uncured silicone rubber with functional additives formulated to deliver a specific set of thermal, physical, and electrical properties.  Secure™ adhesives are structural adhesives that replace mechanical fasteners and provide a thermal path while decoupling coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) induced stress.  Secure™ adhesives are UL listed with a UL94 V-0 flame rating and a 150^oC relative thermal index (RTI).  Secure™ adhesives are RoHS compliant and free of halogenated flame retardants.  [product page]

Protect™ Insulators

Protect™ insulators are films composed of fiberglass reinforced, cured silicone rubber, with functional additives formulated to deliver a specific set of thermal, physical, and electrical properties.  Protect™ insulators are compressed between components and held in place with mechanical fasteners to provide a thermal path. StaCool™ Laminates

StaCool™ metal clad laminates (MCL), copper clad laminates (CCL), and prepregs (PP) are thermoset material formulated with ceramic fillers and a high Tg resin system to provide a specific set of thermal, physical, and electrical properties.  StaCool™ laminates are utilized in demanding electrical application require an improved level thermal dissipation.  StaCool™ laminates are UL94 V-0 and RoHS compliant. [product page]
