LED Back Light Units (BLU) continues to grow in popularity in the LCD TV, Infotainment, Monitor, and Commercial Display Applications. The Arlon StaCool ™ PCB substrates provide a superior thermal path and long term reliability. Arlon is interested in doing VOC meeting to deliver the right TIM products for interface between the PCB assembly and the heat sink.
